Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Master’s / M.Phil degree (18 years of education) in Public Policy, Education, International Development, Business Administration, or a relevant field from an internationally recognized university. Candidates with a Ph.D. degree will be preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 12 years of professional experience in implementing international development programs.
- Substantial background in policy design, strategy, training & coaching, process management, and operations.
- Experience working in formal/non-formal education settings (public sector preferred).
- Proven track record in foreign-funded programming in technical roles.
- Strong IT/Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Preference will be given to candidates with foreign-funded project experience, overseas experience, or relevant background with international organizations/government institutions.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
