Eligibility Criteria & Responsibilities
1. Qualification & Education
- Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, Social Sciences, or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applied research, evaluation, or policy analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing surveys, including:
- Sampling and instrument design
- Enumerator training and fieldwork oversight
- Data quality assurance
- Tracer studies, baselines, or impact evaluations
