Required Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc Civil Engineering from a recognized University and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as a Professional Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in the implementation of development projects.
- Master or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
- Candidates having at least 5 years of experience in implementing foreign-funded projects, particularly in the education sector, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities (Terms of Reference)
- Overall implementation and financial management of the project.
- Ensure smooth project execution according to PC-I guidelines and IsDB financing agreements.
- Coordinate with donors, lead partner organizations (LPO), and government stakeholders.
- Oversee budget utilization, PMU staffing, procurement, and progress reporting in PMES/iPAS.
- Act as Chief Engineer and Project Team Leader.
