The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has officially announced new job opportunities under the project titled “Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE)”.

Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager (Procurement & Contracts)
- Required Education: At least 16 years of education duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Candidates holding procurement-related certifications/trainings or higher qualifications will be given preference.
- Required Experience: At least 7 years of verifiable relevant experience in public or private sectors. Must have hands-on experience in procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services, contract management under donor-funded programs, and thorough knowledge of PPRA Rules and procurement cycle management.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
- Required Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Higher qualifications preferred.
- Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in public or private sectors. Demonstrated expertise in developing monitoring frameworks, sampling design, data collection and analysis, conducting assessments, reporting, gap analysis/corrective measures, and writing quantitative analysis reports.
