Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria
1. Accounts & Finance Associate (PPS-07)
- Vacancies: 01
- Age Limit: 35 to 45 Years
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from a recognized university.
- Experience Required: At least 5 years of experience in budgeting, planning, and reporting (preferably on foreign-funded projects), alongside knowledge of government administrative/accounting procedures and computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, accounting software).
2. Data Processing Supervisor (PPS-06)
- Vacancies: 01
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
- Qualifications: 2nd Division BS (Hons.) or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Computer Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant public or private sector experience, including a supervisory role and strong technical knowledge of data processing systems.
3. Data Processing Assistant (PPS-05)
- Vacancies: 01
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
- Qualifications: 2nd Division BS (Hons.) or Master’s Degree in CS, IT, Computer Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
4. Receptionist (PPS-05)
- Vacancies: 02
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
- Qualifications: Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Representative with proficiency in MS Office packages.
5. Drivers (PPS-03)
- Vacancies: 30
- Age Limit: 25 to 35 Years
- Qualifications: Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) with a valid LTV driving license (5 years experience) or HTV driving license (2 years experience).
Important Terms & Conditions
- Domicile Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid domicile of the Punjab province.
- Age Relaxation: For Sr. No. 1 to 4, the upper age limit already includes age relaxation; no separate relaxation applies. General age relaxation on the upper age limit for Sr. No. 05 is admissible as per Punjab Government rules.
