Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To be eligible for the Carbon Markets and Climate Finance Mobilization Expert position, candidates must fulfill the following educational and experience criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preferred Disciplines: Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Climate Change, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or other closely relevant disciplines.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a lead, advisory, technical management, or project supervision role.
- Preferred Areas: Renewable Energy / Solarization, Carbon / GHG / Climate-related assignments.
- Practical experience in feasibility studies, technical designs, financial models, procurement documents, and project implementation.
