Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Finance Director (01 Position)
- Pay Package: Rs. 800,000 per month
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Finance) from an HEC-recognized institution. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CFA will be preferred.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, preferably in the public sector, healthcare, or autonomous bodies.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position (such as Director Finance, CFO, or Head of Finance Department) OR 05 years as Deputy Treasurer or Deputy Director Finance.
- Tenure: Appointed for a term of 3 years, renewable based on performance evaluation.
2. Medical Director (01 Position)
- Pay Package: Rs. 900,000 per month
- Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC/PMC, along with F.C.P.S. (Cardiology / Cardiac Surgery), M.D., M.S., F.R.C.S., Diplomat of American Board, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of post-fellowship experience in a recognized healthcare institution.
- At least 05 years in a clinical leadership role (such as Medical Director, Head of Department, or equivalent).
- At least 10 research publications in standard medical journals approved by HEC/PM&DC or internationally indexed medical journals.
- Tenure: Appointed for a term of 4 years, renewable based on performance evaluation.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Domicile: Only candidates holding a Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.
- Govt Employees: Government servants must apply through proper channels.
- Equivalence Certificate: Candidates with foreign degrees or equivalent qualifications must produce an equivalence certificate issued by HEC or PM&DC.
