Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To be eligible for the DAD Software Developer position at NTL, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in Flutter and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities & Core Skills
The selected candidates will be expected to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
- Lifecycle Management: Managing the end-to-end mobile app development lifecycle using Flutter.
- API & Plugin Integration: Integrating third-party libraries, plugins, and REST/GraphQL APIs to expand application capabilities.
- Cross-Platform Engineering: Leveraging Flutter/Dart to build robust Android and iOS applications from a single codebase.
- State Management: Utilizing clean, scalable architectures with state management tools such as Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.
- App Store Compliance: Adhering strictly to Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies regarding privacy, permissions, and runtime restrictions.

- Contract Terms: Appointments will be made on an initial 3-year contract basis (extendable if needed) with a 6-month probation period.
