Vacancies Details & Qualification Criteria
1. Technical & Therapeutic Staff
- Clinical Psychologist (02 Posts)
- Qualification: Masters/MS in Clinical Psychology (HEC recognized). PMDC/PCP registration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years with ASD, psychological assessments, IQ testing, and adaptive behavior evaluations.
- Behavioral Therapist (03 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Psychology from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working with children with ASD and implementing 1:1 therapy sessions as per IEP.
- Speech Therapist (03 Posts)
- Qualification: BS/MS in Speech & Language Therapy / Speech Pathology / PGD in ASLP.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in pediatric ASD population, speech assessments, AAC, and PECS.
- Occupational Therapist (02 Posts)
- Qualification: BS/MS in Occupational Therapy with Allied Health Council registration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years with ASD and developmental delays.
- Physiotherapist (04 Posts)
- Qualification: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), HEC recognized with Allied Health Council registration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in pediatric/neuro-rehabilitation.
- Sports Trainer (02 Posts)
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Physical Education or Sports Science.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working with children (ASD experience preferred).
- Art Therapist (01 Post)
- Qualification: Bachelors in Fine Arts / Art Therapy. Special education training is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working with special needs children.
- Culinary Therapist (01 Post)
- Qualification: Diploma in Culinary Arts / Home Economics / Special Education. Food safety certificate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in teaching/training.
- Computer Therapist (01 Post)
- Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science / DAE in Software Engineering / allied discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching computer skills to children.
- Program Coordinator (01 Post)
- Qualification: Masters in Psychology.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in coordination of health, rehabilitation, or disability programs.
2. Administrative & Support Staff
- Manager (01 Post)
- Qualification: MBA / Masters in Public Administration or Management Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in administration/management of a health or rehabilitation facility.
- Assistant Manager (IT Specialist) (01 Post)
- Qualification: BS (16 years) in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT/System administration and database management.
- Female Attendant (04 Posts)
- Qualification: Middle / Matric.
- Experience: Hospital, school, or care setting experience preferred.
- Sweeper (04 Posts)
- Qualification: Literate; Primary preferred.
- Experience: Cleaning experience in a health or educational facility preferred.
- Male Attendant (02 Posts)
- Qualification: Middle / Matric.
- Experience: Hospital, school, or care setting experience preferred.
