Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

To be eligible for the ECSP CFO position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification:
  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, ICMA, ACCA, ICAEW); OR
  • Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent qualification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.
  • At least 07 years of senior finance leadership experience in reputable public sector or corporate organizations.
