Key Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. Engineering in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, OR
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
Professional Experience
- Overall Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in public or private sector organizations at HoD or Senior Management levels.
- Leadership Requirement: At least 3 years in a senior leadership position (candidates with prior WATSAN or municipal utility service experience will be given preference).
- Desired Background: Exposure to international organizations, ICT technology integration, SECP regulatory frameworks, and public sector corporate governance.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Ability to implement effective, sustainable business strategies to ensure long-term service delivery.
- Sectoral Awareness: Understanding statutory duties, shareholder roles, and legal compliance under public sector regulations.
- Problem Solving & IT: Proven problem-solving capabilities along with functional knowledge of ICT systems and software.
