- Qualification & Academic Background: MPhil or Master of Arts in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic and Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations, or other relevant social science disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience Required:
- 22 years of research, training, or teaching experience from an HEC-recognized institution; OR
- 22 years of professional/practical experience in a relevant field.
- Skill Set: Proven ability to design and deliver leadership training courses for senior public sector executives; strong outward-looking profile with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Position 2: Dean, Executive Development Institute (EDI) (MP-I)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Age Limit: 45 to 62 years on the closing date of application.
- Qualification & Academic Background: MPhil or Master of Arts in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Management, Public Administration, HR Development, Law, Strategic and Security Studies, History, Political Science, International Relations, or other relevant social sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience Required:
- 15 years of research, training, or teaching experience from a recognized teaching/research institution; OR
- 15 years of professional/practical experience in a relevant field.
- Skill Set: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver knowledge/skill enhancement programs for senior leadership; capacity to facilitate focused discussions on policy issues, generate reports, and maintain an outward-looking, communicative demeanor.
