📋 Detailed Job Descriptions & Requirements

1. Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department

• Location: Karachi (1 Position)
• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 13 years with active practice. Preference is given to Bar-at-Law or LL.M. holders with experience in regulatory bodies, companies, and corporate litigation.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience. 13 years experience as a High Court Advocate with proven independent handling of corporate/criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of the closing date.

2. Additional Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department

• Location: Islamabad (1 Position)
• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 10 years with active practice.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience. 10 years experience as an Advocate of the High Court.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date.

3. Joint Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department

• Location: Islamabad (2 Positions)
• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 8 years with active practice.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience. 8 years experience as an Advocate of the High Court.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date.

4. Deputy Director – Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department

• Location: Islamabad (02 Positions), Lahore (01 Position)
• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years with active practice.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including 4 years experience as an Advocate of High Court.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of the closing date. (Candidates with at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator will be given an age relaxation of 5 years).

• Contract Duration: Appointments are on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Regularization may be considered after 3 years subject to meeting prescribed criteria.
