Detailed Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager Internal Audit (01 Post)
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
- Tenure: 3 Years (Extendable based on performance)
- Qualification: ICMA / CA (Inter) / ACCA (Qualified) or MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates who completed articles from Big Four accountancy firms.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in internal/external audit, risk management, or financial control within corporate, public sector, or donor-funded organizations.
2. Internal Audit Coordinator (01 Post)
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
- Tenure: 3 Years (Extendable based on performance)
- Qualification: 14 to 16 years of education in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates who passed Applied Skills level of ACCA, ICAP CAF stage, or ICMA Managerial stage are also eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, administration, or coordination roles.
3. Quality Assurance Coordinator (01 Post)
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
- Tenure: 3 Years (Extendable based on performance)
- Qualification: Minimum 14–16 years of education (Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related discipline is preferred). A professional diploma or certification in Office Administration & Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative support, coordination, or front-office/protocol functions.
